Andrew Freda
Andrew is the manager of the Saint James Court Historic Apartments and the Kilbourn Knoll Historic Apartments. Andrew looks to continue Hennessy Group’s focus on excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Andrew graduated from Marquette University in 2012 with a double major in Broadcast & Electronic Communication and Writing Intensive English. He worked since he was 14 years old in various jobs including food service, delivery, catering and Student Safety Programs (while at Marquette).
Andrew is a Milwaukee native and diehard Green Bay Packer fan. He has visited Lambeau Field three times and looks forward to many more visits in the future. Andrew, a former High School Gridiron fullback/defensive end, has an unconventional favorite player on the Packers: John Kuhn. Andrew admires Kuhn because he is an over-achiever and can be counted on despite his genetic ability being average for the league. Hard work pays off.
Nou Freda
Nou and Andrew joined Hennessy Group Inc originally as on-site caretakers for the Kilbourn Knoll Historic Apartments building, where they live and actively maintain their role in the upkeep of the building.
Nou graduated from Marquette in 2013 with a double major in Accounting and Human Resources. She now works in the accounting department at Northwestern Mutual at the headquarters in downtown Milwaukee.
Nou, a first generation Hmong immigrant, was born in Thailand and came to America at age 4. Nou comes from a big family (8 children), and is the middle child. Nou and Andrew were high school sweethearts, and have been married since 2008.
