The SoHi Building’s financing is from multiple sources including Hennessy Group, Inc., Pyramax Bank, the Wisconsin Preservation Fund, the Cityof Milwaukee, the Avenue’s West Association, and the SOHI Main Street District. Completion of the current renovation phase (exterior, site, mechanical backbone, first floor retail) now underway and initial retail occupancy are projected to occur in the Fall of 2010.
